TRAINING:
- We have our own in-house initial 2 days training.
- Security Industry Authority code of conduct.
- Customer service training
- Specialist training for fire & first aid.
- Namib Security code of conducts and standards.
- Uniform, appearance & grooming.
- Continuation of on-site training.
- Close monitoring of officers performance by supervisors also random visits carried out by management.
All our security guards are constantly reviewed periodically as in accordance to our quality control mechanism and based on evaluation by their superiors and the feedback of the clients.
