Your keys, fobs and / or access codes are retained securely for use in the event of a reported incident. When required to attend a keyholding or alarm response incident on your behalf our Patrol & Response officers carry smart phones allowing for rapid reporting.

If an on-site employee accidentally triggers the alarm, the officer will verify the employee’s identity and follow your specific security procedures and instructions. We are SafeContractor Approved and our vehicles are fitted with GPRS tracking systems and are continually monitored at our HQ monitoring centre, from where direct dispatch requests and vehicle location monitoring takes place around the clock.
