When your call comes to us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year a Namib Security response or mobile patrol security will be immediately dispatched to your facility. We have two response categories: RESPONSERED 15-20 Minutes or RESPONSEBLACK 15-30 Minutes this depends on both location, time of call-out and traffic. On site usually within 20 minutes.
If an alarm is activated, then our licensed and trained security personnel will be at your building within minutes to ensure your building is completely safe.

We deliver alarm response services throughout the south-east, with response times above the industry average. Your keys, fobs and / or access codes are retained securely for use in the event of a reported incident. When required to attend a keyholding or alarm response incident on your behalf our Patrol & Response officers carry smart phones allowing for rapid reporting.

If an on-site employee accidentally triggers the alarm, the officer will verify the employee’s identity and follow your specific security procedures and instructions. We are SafeContractor Approved and our vehicles are fitted with GPRS tracking systems and are continually monitored at our HQ monitoring centre, from where direct dispatch requests and vehicle location monitoring takes place around the clock. All our Patrol & Response officers are screened and vetted to BS7858.
